Amanda is a graduate of the Al Pollard Culinary Arts program earning a degree in Culinary Arts and certification in Baking & Pastry. Her most recent endeavors include Executive Chef at Hidden Valley Country Club with stints at Roanoke Country Club and The Shenandoah Club as well. Her love for her community keeps her focused on a Farm to Table concept — using the freshest, local ingredients possible.  She immerses her new role at Twisted Track Brewpub with drive, passion, and a goal of bringing culinary creativity, unique dining experiences and dissimilar food creations to pair with Twisted Track beverages.
