Will’s introduction to beer started with childhood visits with his Nana to a small village in England where he saw pubs become meeting places, and people enjoyed drinks and food for hours at a time. Originally from Boston, MA, Will moved to Roanoke in 2005 with his wife and newborn son to be closer to family. Disappointed at the lack of craft beer options at the time, Will started homebrewing in 2007. Will loves the creativity of brewing, and obviously the final product, and along with his accounting background, a brewery was always on his mind. In 2011 Will graduated from the American Brewers Guild program for professional brewing and helped start Chaos Mountain Brewing a few years later. After a brief time away from brewing Will met the people whom he would join as owners of Twisted Track. Will wants to bring Roanoke well crafted beer as well as a food experience and a place to meet.
