Our traditional West Coast IPA, this brew is a light copper color, with all the wonderful bittering hops we know and love. Don’t forget to smell the roses, or the IPA in this case as the aroma from dry hopping is what sets these beers apart. IPAs work best with other strong flavored menu items, especially cheeses. Be careful if you have one with a spicy dish as you may find it accentuates the spiciness.
